💰 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
If approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a bank transfer after confirming return eligibility. You’ll be asked to securely share your bank details via email or WhatsApp.

If your location is not serviceable for pickup, you may be asked to self-ship the return
